1. For how many days (min. and max.), it is possible to rent the Villa del Cuculo
The minimum rental duration is 7 days (from Saturday to Saturday), and cannot exceed 30 days in total.
2. Is a confirmation deposit required
Yes, it is necessary to pay a confirmation deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the rent.
3. Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a security deposit of € 1000.00 is required to be paid to the owner upon delivery of the keys, this sum will be returned in full at the end of the lease after checking the condition of the property and furnishings,
4. What is the deadline for paying the entire rent?
The balance of the entire rent must be paid to the owner no later than the fourteenth preceding the agreed date for the start of the lease.
5. When are the keys to the property delivered?
Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery of the keys will take place on Saturday from 16:00pm to 19:00pm (arrival) and must be returned to the owner on the Saturday of departure no later than 10.00am.
6. Can the property accommodate animals (dogs, cats, other)?
During the lease period, it is forbidden to bring pets such as dogs and cats into the property. But guide dogs are allowed.
